● Limited card information, such as the final four digits;

● Merchant receipt information;

● Refund information; and

● Transaction references.

SMOQUE does not normally receive or retain your complete card number, security code or PIN.

The payment-service provider and your bank may process your information under their own privacy notices.

Bank transfers

When you make a bank transfer, the relevant SMOQUE company may receive:

● The account holder’s name;

● The amount transferred;

● The payment reference;

We use third-party services to operate our website, communicate with customers, understand website use and promote SMOQUE.

These providers include Wix, Google and Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram.

● CCTV footage: ordinarily up to 30 days, unless required for an investigation, complaint or legal claim;

● Website-security records: for a period proportionate to security and fraud-prevention requirements; and
